As a form of social concern and support for maintaining the availability of blood supplies for humanitarian purposes, Gunung Madu Peduli (GM Peduli), in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Central Lampung Regency, organized a blood donation event on January 24, 2026.
This humanitarian activity was carried out at two locations, namely the Multipurpose Hall (GSG) at Housing Complex 2 and GSG Housing Complex 6, and received strong enthusiasm from participants. A total of 263 people registered as blood donors.
Out of this number, 228 participants successfully donated blood, while 35 participants were unable to donate due to several medical reasons, including low hemoglobin (HB) levels and other health conditions that did not meet the donation requirements.
Blood donation coordinator Dwiyant Muhammad stated that this blood donation activity is a routine agenda as part of the company’s commitment to supporting humanitarian actions and caring for others, particularly in assisting PMI to meet the blood supply needs of the community in Lampung. PMI of Central Lampung Regency expressed its appreciation for the collaboration with PT Gunung Madu Plantations through the GM Peduli program. The collected blood donations are expected to help meet blood supply needs in Central Lampung and surrounding areas
