In Celebration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Gunung Madu Plantations Distributes Qurban Animals to Local Communities and Pesantren in Lampung. In welcoming Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Gunung Madu Plantations once again carried out its annual qurban animal distribution program to 21 villages surrounding the company and 11 Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) in the Lampung Province. In 2025, a total of 58 cows and 48 goats were distributed in stages from June 3 to June 5, 2025.
This activity is a consistent annual agenda, reflecting the company’s commitment to social responsibility and gratitude for the blessings it has received. The qurban animals were distributed to various villages around the company’s operational area, including several Islamic boarding schools in need.
The main goal of this program is to share joy with the community in celebrating Eid al-Adha, especially with those who may not have the opportunity to enjoy qurban meat. Through this initiative, the company hopes to strengthen its relationship with the surrounding communities and reinforce the spirit of togetherness during this important religious celebration.
