As part of its commitment to supporting communities surrounding its operational area, PT Gunung Madu Plantations (GMP), through its Gunung Madu Peduli program, provided material assistance to support the renovation of the hall at Nahdlatul Muslim Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren Nahdlatul Muslim) in Gunung Batin Udik Village, Terusan Nunyai District. The assistance consisted of 150 boxes of 50 × 50 cm floor tiles, which will be used to support the renovation process and improve the comfort and quality of the boarding school’s hall facilities. The assistance was officially handed over by PT GMP, represented by Mr. Basir Saputra, and received directly by the Head of Nahdlatul Muslim Islamic Boarding School, KH. Safuan, at the boarding school hall on September 15, 2026.Nahdlatul Muslim Islamic Boarding School is one of the religious educational institutions located within PT Gunung Madu Plantations’ Ring 1 area. The institution plays an important role in supporting educational activities and religious development for the surrounding community.
Through this assistance, PT GMP hopes that the renovation of the hall can be carried out smoothly, providing a more comfortable and appropriate facility for educational and religious activities, as well as various activities involving students and the surrounding community.
