PT Gunung Madu Plantations, a company engaged in sugarcane cultivation and the production of sugar and its by-products, is committed to :

  1. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  2. Implementing the Quality Management System effectively, consistently and sustainably, based on a process approach and risk-based thinking
  3. Applying sustainable agricultural and production practices through the use of appropriate technologies to enhance productivity
  4. Ensuring the availability of competent human resources and continuously improving their capabilities
  5. Promoting active involvement and support all levels of the organization in the implementation of Quality Management system
  6. Communicationg the Quality Management System effectively both internally an externally, with regular reviews consducted by Management

 

Food Safety Management System Policy

PT Gunung Madu Plantations, a company engaged in sugarcane farming, sugar production and the development of its by-products, is committed to producing halal. high-quality products that comply with food safety requirements in accordance with the laws and regulations of Republic of Indonesia, as well as with customer requirements related to food safety

To achieve this food safety pilicy, the management of PT Gunung Madu Plantations shall :

  1. Require all stakeholders to commit to the effective and consistent implementation of the Food Safety Management System
  2. Comply with all relevant food safety requirements, including applicable laws, regulations and mutually agreed customer spesifications
  3. Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing food safety objectives
  4. Continuously develop human resources, facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the Food Management System.
  5. Communicate the Food Safely Management System effectively both internally and externally, ensure its implementation at all organizational levels and conduct regular reviews by management

 

Halal Policy

PT Gunung Madu Plantations, a company engaged in sugarcane cultivation, sugar production and the development of derivative products, is committed to consistently producing halal-certified products to meet cunsumer needs and ensure costumer satisfaction through the following measures :

  1. Ensuring that all producs are halal and certified by the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body ( BPJPH ) under the ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of indonesia
  2. Ensuring that all raw materials are halal and approved by the Assessment Intitute for Foods, Drugs and Cosmetics of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI )
  3. Ensuring that production facilities including locations, premises and equipment are free from pork, its derivatives and other impure ( najis ) substances
  4. Providing training, development and engagement for all relevant stakeholders to implement the Halal Product Assurance System effectively
  5. Allocating the necessary resources for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Halal Product Assurance System

 

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

PT Gunung Madu Plantations, a company engaged in sugarcane cultivation, sugar production and its derivative products, fully recognizes the risks and impacts arising from its operational activities on employees, workers, visitors and the surrounding environment. therefore, PT Gunung Madu Plantations is committed to :

  1. Ensuring the safety and health of all personnel, including employees, contractors, suppliers, visitors and guests in the workspace
  2. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as other relevant requirements related to the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety ( OHS ) in the workspace
  3. Continuosly improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ( OHSMS ) to strengthen a posotive safety culter in the workspace
  4. Identifying of controlling all hazards and environmental aspecs within the company, and encouraging active participation of all personnel in improving the company’s OHS performance

 

To realize this commitment, PT Gunung Madu Plantations shall :

  1. Establish and continuously maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ( OHSMS ) by providing the necessary resources
  2. Develop workspaces and work activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and other OHS-ralated requirements
  3. Provide education and training on occupational health and safety to enhance employee awareness and improve OHS performance
  4. Provide the necessary OHS equipment and facilities to support safe and healthy working conditions
